Finding a Krav Maga class near you
If your enquiry is about training as a student, the quickest route is to contact the club nearest to you directly: each club page lists the schedule, pricing, venue address and the details of the instructor in charge.
The federation is happy to help if no club has opened in your area yet, or if you would like to be pointed towards the instructor best suited to your situation.
Opening a club affiliated with FKMDS
Already teaching Krav Maga, or planning to start your own structure? Affiliation with the Krav Maga Defense System Federation gives access to the technical syllabus, grading sessions, federal training camps and pedagogical support from the federation, itself affiliated with the French Karate and Associated Disciplines Federation.
Please include your background, current grade, the federation where you trained and the geographic area you have in mind — this helps us give you a precise answer.
Becoming a Krav Maga instructor
FKMDS trains its own teachers and also welcomes instructors from other federations. Training covers pedagogy, student safety, technical progression and group management.
Applications are reviewed case by case, based on the candidate's experience and the needs of the clubs. Feel free to describe your current practice in your message.
