The federation has one affiliated club in department 22, in Matignon en Bretagne. It is run by an instructor trained and certified by FKMDS, who teaches the technical syllabus shared by every affiliated club.
Registration is open all year round, with no need to wait for the September term. Most clubs offer one or two trial sessions so you can try the discipline before committing.
What you'll work on in class
Sessions cover the fundamentals of Krav Maga: guard positions, strikes, releases from grabs and chokes, defences against weapons and ground work. The intensity builds up gradually, according to each person's level and experience.
Members also have access to the federation's training camps in natural and urban settings, as well as grading sessions supervised by the heads of pedagogy.
